刘青平教授简介

刘青平，男，1965年2月出生，教授。1992在英国Leeds大学获博士学位后回国。1992年10月至1994年10月，在中国科学院理论物理研究所做博士后。1994年11月到中国矿业大学（北京）工作。1996年6月获西班牙教育部资助，到马德里Completense大学从事合作研究，1998年6月回国。1999年被破格评为教授。1999年，2001年两次访问国际理论物理中心。刘青平教授主要从事孤立子理论的研究。

Liu Qingping, male, was born in 1965. He got his Ph. D. degree from Leeds University in 1992. Afterwards, he worked as a post doctorial fellow in the Institute of Theoretical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 1994, he became an associate professor at China University of Mining and Technology. From the May of 1996 to the June of 1998, he worked in Complutense University of Spain as a postdoctor. Currently, he is a professor in CUMTB. Professor Liu’s research field is Soliton theory.
